As your business is unique in its requirements and approach to work, and each piece of work requested by your business is also unique, I wish to manage rates of service on an individual quotation basis, so that we can guarantee you the best price for your business.

The rates take into consideration the following aspects;

• VA's have to pay their own tax, holiday pay and sick pay
• VA's also use their own software and equipment
• The level of skill that is required for the individual piece of work
• How many hours the work is expected to take
• If the work is out of office hours or not

All of these aspects contribute to the hourly rate that a VA charges clients, whilst also taking into consideration, being as affordable as possible, to help save your business as much money as I possibly can.
 
At V-Aide Solutions our suggested hourly rates range from £10-£30 an hour depending entirely on the service you require. These rates may vary on either side, as your needs are completely individual.

PAYMENT

Work on any project will commence on receipt of the signed project brief and invoice. On completion of the project, full payment will be expected before the project is released to the client in addition to the signed 'work for hire agreement'
 
Acceptable methods of payment include;

• Paypal via debit or credit card (this will incur an additional 5% charge)
• Bank Transfer
• Personal or Company Cheque

New clients are expected to sign a 'work for hire' agreement between themselves and V-Aide Solutions, stating that they agree to the terms and conditions of payment and service.
